Newfoundland and Labrador Public Libraries will show a film and host two online events for Black History Month in February.

Strength and Perseverance: Celebrating Black History Month, an event that takes place in the Rooms this Friday, Feb. 24, aims to promote cultural understanding.

Their goal is to offer an accessible and an approachable way to engage with queer literature.
