Eddie Sheerr wanted to be a meteorologist as far back as he can remember. He said, “As far as I can remember, I had like a really, odd obsession with weather. Initially, I think it was being scared of thunderstorms. I got over that fear, at a reasonable, young age and when I was, I think, eight I was down in Florida for Hurricane Andrew and that kind of solidified my obsession slash love of weather.”
