The fantasy card game “Magic: the Gathering” has, according to its creators at Hasbro, amassed over 50 million players worldwide.

For 10 years, Arrick Chaulk has been one of those players.

Now, Chaulk is preparing to take his game to the next level. After a winning performance at a Canadian national championship held in Calgary last November, Chaulk has earned something most Magic players only dream of – An offer to play the card game on its official “professional tour.”
