Gone but not forgotten

People across the province are trying to remember resettled towns in their own way.

Resettlement was a government program that aimed to relocate people from their traditional communities and move into growth centers. The program resettled hundreds of towns and thousands of people. Even today resettlement influences our art, music and culture. Many people have gone out of their way to try and preserve the memory of their lost communities
